Suvekchya International Hospital is excited to report that we will soon be able to offer CT scanning, Endoscopy and Mammography services.
We have really faced a lot of challenges because of not having these facilities of our own. We had to take our patients to another hospital to be able to undergo such tests. We strongly believe that these services will benefit to all our patients.

How to Get Strong Teeth and Gums
Healthy teeth and gums not only give you a beautiful smile, but also indicate good oral health and hygiene that play a very important role in your life.
Good oral hygiene helps prevent cavities and stained or yellowed teeth, as well as bad breath. It is essential to your overall health as well.
Studies suggest that in addition to oral problems, oral bacteria and inflammation can lead to many other health problems, including heart disease, strokes, irritable bowel syndrome, kidney disease, diabetes and oral cancer. Women with oral disease also show higher incidences of pre-term, low birth-weight babies.
Suggestions:
Most dental professionals agree that a soft-bristled brush is best for removing plaque and debris from your teeth. Small-headed brushes are also preferable, since they can better reach all areas of the mouth, including hard-to-reach back teeth.
When it comes to the type of handle (such as non-slip grip or flexible neck), shape of the head (tapered or rectangular) and style of bristles (such as rippled, flat or trimmed to a dome shape), pick whatever is most comfortable for you. The best toothbrush is one that fits your mouth and allows you to reach all teeth easily.
A worn toothbrush (top) can damage gum tissue. Replace your toothbrush every three months or when it becomes worn.
To have a healthy mouth, you should brush your teeth morning and night. Studies have shown that 10-20 percent of people that brush their teeth too often have damaged their teeth because of it. When you brush your teeth too often, your gums start to recede. The risk in this is overly sensitive teeth. The roots of your teeth are then exposed and more likely to get cavities, root canals, and even tooth extraction. When you brush your teeth, you should also use a soft bristled brush rather than medium to hard. A toothbrush that is too hard will cause damage to your teeth and gums as well.
Some of these you already know: using any tobacco products, consuming excessive amounts of alcohol, and chewing on pencils or fingernails — all have negative consequences for your oral health.
Sugary foods in the diet are the major contributor to the problem. Sugars are consumed by oral bacteria, which then release acids that attack the teeth, causing tooth cavities. The less sugar you consume, the better for your teeth.
Regular dental check-ups can effectively track the early signs of gum disease and stop it from spreading before it gets any worse. Your dentist will clean your teeth and gums at every visit, reducing your chances of getting dental problems in the future.
